Stationary Block Making Machine(SF 1080 - MCH)

This machine is specially made with Hopper" with feeder and has the following functions

The machine will work as : First of all. we mix the raw material like cement, grid, sand and it will flow to the conveyor. Through the conveyor. it will come to the hopper and from the hopper, it will fill to the mould and functioning the push button initially, the vibrator will start setdng the material properly and again the feeder will level up and then hydraulic will work 3 to 4 times and it will be ready for taking out the blocks. The entire process will take about 45 to 50 sec.
